Introduction

This site contains tips, routines and exercises for novice and intermediate lifters looking to increase mass and improving muscularity. Although the exercises described here were taken from copyrighted material, most of them are common knowledge.

Many of the exercises listed here require a training partner to spot on heavy sets. A training partner is crucial in preventing personal injury, maintaining proper form and increasing intensity. Along with proper training, a healthy diet is also necessary to accelerate muscular development.

Anyone with a previous injury should consult a physican before starting on an intensive resistance training program.
